Use df -h to list all mounted partitions.  It will give you a list which includes the filesystem, size, used, avail, use%, and mounted on information for each item (the meaning of those categories should be obvious).  For cd’ing to one of them, simply check the value under “Mounted on” and use that.  For example:

user@user-alienware:~$ df -h

Filesystem            Size  Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda5             85G   12G   69G  15%   /
none                     1.4G  348K  1.4G   1%   /dev
none                     1.4G  748K  1.4G   1%   /dev/shm
none                     1.4G  108K  1.4G   1%   /var/run
none                     1.4G     0       1.4G   0%   /var/lock
none                      85G   12G   69G    15%   /var/lib/ureadahead/debugfs
/dev/sdc1             299G  196G  103G  66%   /media/My Book
/dev/sda1             842G  551G  292G  66%   /media/9A8097B6809796FB
/dev/sr0               307M  307M    0      100% /media/AGE2_X1

user@user-alienware:~$ cd /media/AGE2_X1/

user@user-alienware:/media/AGE2_X1$
